When you order from Dreamardi, the delivery time may differ from what you are accustomed to. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, leading to significant savings on storage and transportation costs. Thanks to this, we can offer very competitive prices for our products.

Below are our estimated delivery times for all shipments:

• Order cutoff time: 23:00 (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Order handling time: Once an order is placed, we require 1-2 business days to process it. On weekdays, it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
• The average transit time is 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• The average delivery time from door to door United Kingdom: 5-9 business days

Shipping Costs

All orders are shipped free of charge. You can choose our Insured Shipping Protection for £2,95 GBP. extra to cover any lost or stolen packages up untill £1250 GBP. Our average delivery time is 5-9 business days. Our warehouses are located outside of the EU in Asia, which affects the delivery time.

Pickup and Delivery

The customer is responsible for picking up the goods they have purchased within the period specified at the time of purchase. If delivery is chosen, the customer must provide accurate delivery information and be ready to receive the goods upon their arrival.

Unclaimed Goods

If goods are not picked up within 7 days after the notification that they are ready for pickup, they are considered undeliverable. If the goods are not picked up for more than 7 days, Dreamardi reserves the right to dispose of, sell, or otherwise handle the goods at its discretion. Costs for storage, disposal, or sale of undelivered goods may be charged to the customer.

Return and Cancellation

No refunds or cancellations are made for non-modest items unless required by law. The deposit paid for the goods is forfeited if the goods are not picked up within the period.

30-Day Return Policy

All our customers benefit from a 30-day return policy on every order. These 30 days start from the date you receive the package. Please note that the return must be sent back to us within these 30 days, giving you ample time to inspect the product and decide whether to keep it or return it.

Return Process

If you want to return a product, it must be in its original condition and original packaging. This is required to ensure that the product can be properly processed. Products that are damaged, used beyond normal testing, or whose packaging is damaged cannot be returned.

Liability

Dreamardi is not responsible for loss, damage, or destruction of goods that are not picked up after the specified pickup time.

Order Cancellation

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you must do so within 24 hours of the order. After 24 hours, cancellation of the order is no longer possible as all orders are shipped within 24 hours and your order is already on its way. Once you receive your order, you can return it at any time.
