Delivery
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
All orders are shipped free of charge. You can choose our Insured Shipping Protection for £2,95 GBP. extra to cover any lost or stolen packages up untill £1250 GBP. Our average delivery time is 5-9 business days. Our warehouses are located outside of the EU in Asia, which affects the delivery time.
Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them within 30 days of receipt.
What conditions must my return meet?
- Your order must include all parts and packaging as you received it.
- Damage due to careless handling is excluded.
- Jewelry being returned must be in its original condition.
- The product turns out to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return is processed by us within 7 working days of receipt. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially recognized within this period.
What do I do if my item is defective upon receipt?
In the event of a defect, we will send you a new item free of charge immediately upon receipt. Since the return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, we cannot create return labels.
Can I return discounted items?
Items purchased on sale can only be exchanged for another item or for a credit note.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect that the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple. Click the "Add to Cart" button under the desired product. You will automatically be redirected to the cart. Click "Checkout," enter your address details, and pay securely and without additional costs using one of our payment methods.

How can I pay?
You can choose from several payment options in Dreamardi’s online store:
- Payment by credit card (American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, and VISA)
- Payment with PayPal
How can I pay by credit card?
You can pay for your order in the online shop with the following credit cards: VISA, American Express, and MasterCard. When choosing this payment method, enter the credit card number, the exact name on the card, the expiration date, and the 3-digit CVC code (the last three digits on the back of your card) on the payment page.
To protect your data, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers and is thus protected from third-party access. At the time of ordering, your credit card payment is authorized. The cardholder may be contacted to prevent fraud.
The amount is only debited after the order is delivered. If the entire order cannot be delivered, only the amount for the actually delivered part of the order is debited.

Shopping at Dreamardi is very safe. To protect your data, it is sent fully encrypted via SSL servers, thus preventing third-party access. This means that your personal data is encrypted and cannot be viewed by others.
We adhere to all rules of privacy laws and all other legal provisions.
And we never pass on your personal data without your consent.
Orders
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Every completed order is confirmed by email with an order confirmation.
What can I do if I have problems with payment?
If the payment cannot proceed, although you have already added the product to the cart and created an account, we recommend clearing your browser history (see top right browser, history, clear history). Then you can add the product to the cart again and continue with the payment.
Can I cancel an order?
This is only possible by sending an email to support@Dreamardi.com on the same day of the order before 17:00, stating your name, order number, and order date. It is possible that your order has already been processed. In this case, you can only cancel the order by returning the package.
Service and Warranty
If the product has a defect that was not visible at the time of purchase, you must notify us within a reasonable period after discovering the defect. If the product is actually found to be defective by Dreamardi (not due to normal wear, abuse, and/or lack of maintenance), Dreamardi will repair or replace the product within a reasonable period set by Dreamardi. During this repair, you are not entitled to a replacement product or any form of compensation. If Dreamardi views a repair as not possible or cannot be expected given the costs of this repair, Dreamardi offers a comparable replacement product. If this is not possible, we will refund you the purchase price.
If Dreamardi's instructions are not followed, or if you have misused the product, or if you have not performed maintenance on the product, you are not entitled to any form of repair, replacement, or compensation. The possibility to invoke any form of warranty also expires if the product has been treated.
